PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (Cross Country) – Shawnee State runner Joe Stewart (SR/Crown City, Ohio) has been named the Mid-South Conference runner of the week after posting a victory in the 16th Annual Shawnee State Invitational, the conference office announced Tuesday afternoon.
