PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (Women's Cross Country) – The Shawnee State University women's cross country program utilized strong running efforts from Sarah Biehl (SR/Lowell, Ohio), Ashlyn Howie (SR/Chillicothe, Ohio), and Anna Havranek (SO/Sugarcreek, Ohio) to kick off a year featuring high expectations with a strong overall performance at the Flyer 5K Invitational in Kettering, Ohio on Saturday morning.
